Official Rules: KidsFest Free Ticket Giveaway

The KidsFest free ticket giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United States. Employees of Tasty Festivals LLC DBA KidsFest, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

The giveaway is sponsored by KidsFest and conducted by KidsFest. The prize consists of one unlimited play wristbands to KidsFest in either Wichita or Manhattan, Kansas. The giveaway is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. To enter, individuals must provide their contact information through our designated entry form. Only one entry per person is allowed.

The winner will be selected randomly on April 14th. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided and announced on our social media pages. The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tasty Festivals LLC DBA KidsFest, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Kansas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
